    <p> A Rutland man, charged with sexually assaulting a teenage runaway in one case and then another runaway under the age of 16 four days later in September 2023, was arraigned and held without bail in Bennington after police in Manchester, New Hampshire, arrested him on two outstanding Vermont warrants. A Judge must now decide whether to keep him without bail or release him pending a final outcome in the cases.</p>
