Built in 1880 by Nicholas Powers, this Town Lattice design crosses the Cold River.

Rutland, VT
Built in 1850, this is no longer a functioning bridge.

The Sanderson Bridge

An 1840’s Town Lattice Bridge spans 182 ft over Otter Creek.

Cornish-Windsor Bridge
Windsor, VT
Mostly in N. H., this 460 ft Lattice Design was completely rebuilt during a 4.65 million dollar restoration project in 1989. This covered bridge connects Vermont to New Hampshire as it crosses the Connecticut River.

Martinsville Bridge

Built in 1881, this 135 ft Town Lattice crosses the Connecticut River on Rte 5.

Willard Bridge

Hartland, VT
Built in 1870 this 128 ft Town Lattice bridge is also located on Rte 5.

Taftsville Bridge
Route 4
Woodstock, VT
Built in 1836 with a combination of kingpost, queen-post, and arch designs, this 189 ft two-span structure is located just north of Woodstock Village on Rte 4 and is the state’s third oldest covered bridge.

Middle Bridge
Woodstock, VT
Built in 1969 as a reproduction, this bridge uses a town lattice design in its 139 ft span.  Located in the middle of Woodstock.

Built in 1877, this 137 ft Tied arch design was completely restored in 1988.
